Levent Artuk is a Co-Founder of BE&TA Law Office and a former Judge of the Council of State of Turkey (Supreme Administrative Court).
He was born in Trabzon in 1954 and graduated from TED Ankara College and Ankara University Faculty of Law. He began his legal career in 1979 within the Turkish administrative judiciary system.
For many years, he held senior managerial positions at the Ministry of Justice. On March 10, 2003, he was elected as a member of the Council of State, where he served as a judge until his retirement on March 15, 2019.
