Betül Arslan Aydın is a Partner at GRATA International and an Attorney at Law (Ankara Bar Association), a French–Turkish legal professional with an international academic background and extensive cross-border experience.

She obtained her legal education in France (University of Burgundy), earning an LL.B. and Master’s degrees in Commercial Law and International Trade Law. Following the completion of the law equivalency process in Türkiye, she qualified as an attorney.

Her practice focuses on international arbitration (ICC, ad hoc), commercial and corporate law, cross-border transactions, and dispute resolution. She has represented clients in arbitration proceedings in Europe, including complex energy sector projects.

She advises multinational companies, diplomatic missions, and private clients on Turkish law, contractual matters, and corporate governance.

She is fluent in French, Turkish, and English.
